Christopher Drouin Le Gin + Indian
Distilled in Normandy, France, this Gin sets out to explore the aromas of the region. With only 30 cider apples being hand selected for this ‘Small Batch’, each botanical is distilled separately for optimum aromatics. All comes to fruition with a crisp, spicy finish and the nose of a high-quality calvados. Notes include ripe apples, ginger, cardamom and vanilla.

Showcasing the beauty of the French Riviera. From Tom Nichol, former master distiller of Tanqueray. Using fresh citrus, bitter orange and local pink grapefruit Notes include Bitter orange, citrus currants, juniper, angelica and mint.

Poli Marconi 42 + Mediterranean
The Poli family have been creating and innovating with their artisanal still since 1898. In the heart of Veneto, Italy, Distilled from grapes, Jacob Poli uses a vacuum sealed bain-marie pot still to create this beautifully aromatic and herbaceous gin. Notes include Rosemary, thyme, basil, mint and cardamom.

Sipsmith + Indian
Opening in 2009 Sip Smith became London’s first new copper distillery in 189 years. Distilled in only 300-liter stills, this required the founders to petition for change to a century-old excise law. Therefore, allowing them to create this genuinely ‘Small Batch’ Gin. Notes include juniper, orange marmalade, lemon tart, subtle spice and a creamy finish.
