Our philosophy for curating the wine program can be distilled into one simple idea: Standards and Standouts. This entails ample representation of the wines that set the global standard for quality and typicity, without ignoring wines that standout amongst their counterparts for no reason other than their own individual quality and representation of unique terroir. The result is a comprehensive list of nearly 1500 labels and a cellar of over 8000 bottles, representing the world of wine and sake, encompassing niche producers alongside industry stalwarts from Europe and around the world.
Should you want to enjoy a special bottle from your own collection, our corkage policy is $45 per 750ml bottle. There is a 2 bottle limit and we kindly request that the bottle is not on our list.

Our wine program has been carefully curated to align with Chef Frank Pabst’s approach to embracing fresh, sustainable seafood and seasonal produce. We proudly feature the best of local British Columbian wines alongside an extensive international selection from Europe and around the world, taking special pride in our Champagne and sparkling wine program.
Our storage facilities are superb with wines under temperature control and all wines stored on premises.
